- Experience in sales and/or customer service
- Fluently bilingual in French and English (a third language is a strong asset)
- Advanced knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong capacity for interpersonal relations
- Sense of organization
- Capacity to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of social media
